Roasted Gingin beef on a Panzanella bread salad

you start with oven baked torn ciabatta, which gets doused with sherry vinegar and great olive oil, then tossed through warm peppers and slow roasted summer tomatoes… finished with loads of herbs and a tangy parsley oil.
